Kean University's Fire Drill

Explain to me...
How this University comes up with their fire drill schedules. Who in their right mind would have a fire drill in the middle of the morning! Could you imagine brushing your teeth, or even better, being in the shower, and you hear the screeching sounds of the fire alarm!!! Well I have experienced it more than once. The first time I was in my friend's room hanging out. But it was one of those days where you didn't want to move after you got out of class.

But it wasn't a big deal. The second time was my issue. I was
GUESS WHERE
in the shower. I heard the alarm going of and I continued on because I was in denial about the fact that they could have chosen to have a fire drill this early in the morning. So after five good minutes, I thought to myself,
MAYBE THIS IS A REAL FIRE.
I quickly rushed out of the shower and into the room to get dressed. As I made my way down stairs, I spotted a bunch of students lingering in the hallway,
WHILE THE FIRE DRILL WAS TAKING PLACE.
I angrily about-faced, walked up the for flights of stairs and went to sleep. If it was fire drill,
I WAS JUST GOING TO HAVE TO BURN.
